How I work

Not rules. Just things I have figured out are true for me.

I love ambiguity.

Most people want clarity before they start. I want to go deeper into the mess first. I ask question after question until I hit something that feels like the actual problem. First principles over assumptions, always.

Simplicity is the goal, not the starting point.

I am always looking for the core of what we are trying to solve. Strip everything else away and work from there.

I take full ownership.

Not just of the parts that were assigned to me. Of the outcome. Extreme ownership means going beyond what was asked and not waiting to be told.

Everything can be done faster.

Even when it already seems fast. I have a constant low level urgency about everything. Not anxiety. Just a strong preference for moving.

Initiative does not need permission.

If something needs to happen I do not wait for someone to tell me to do it.

Showing up every single day is everything.

Not the big moments. The consistency. Day after day after day.

Transparency is non negotiable.

I do not appreciate when people hide the real status of things. I would rather hear something uncomfortable early than a polished version of it late.

Feedback should be direct and honest.

Kind but not vague. The most respectful thing you can do for someone's work is tell them what you actually think.

Communication needs to be clear and quick.

No long emails that could have been one line. No ambiguity about what was decided or who is doing what.

Ambition and personal growth are non negotiable.

I am always trying to be better at what I do. Not in a performative way. Just genuinely always moving forward.

Resourcefulness matters.

Doing a lot with very little is a skill. I respect it deeply in others and hold myself to it.

High agency, urgency and optimism drive great work.

Not one of these alone. All three together.

These are not ideals I am working towards. They are just how I actually operate. If they resonate, we will probably work well together.
